摘要
目的分析lncRNA MALAT1、miR-146b-5p膀胱癌(BC)组织的表达变化。方法选取2017年1月6日至2020年1月6日本院收治的90例膀胱癌病患为研究样本,病患接受手术治疗疾病,留取膀胱癌组织、癌旁组织。应用荧光实时定量PCR法对于以上组织内的lncRNA MALAT1、miR-146b-5p进行测定,分析以上物质在BC组织内的表达变化。结果癌旁组织和BC内miR-146b-5p、lncRNA MALATI相对表达量对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05);BC淋巴结转移和miR-146b-5p、lncRNA MALATI表达存在相关性;BC组织内的miR-146b-5p、lncRNA MALAT1表达情况呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论膀胱癌组织内的miR-146b-5p表达降低,lncRNA MALAT1表达上升。以上两者负相关。这种情况的出现和病患淋巴结转移有关联性,日后其可能成为诊治膀胱癌疾病的重要标记物。
Objective The expression changes of lncRNA MALAT1.miR-146b-5p bladder cancer(BC)were analyzed.Methods From2017.1.6 to 2020.1.6,90 patients with bladder cancer were selected as study samples.The patients underwent surgical treatment of the disease,and the tissues and paracancerous tissues of bladder cancer were retained.The lncRNA MALAT1 miR-146b-5p in the above tissues was determined by fluorescence real-time quantitative PCR,and the expression of the above substances in BC tissues was analyzed.Results there was significant difference in the relative expression of miR-146b-5p.IncRNA MALATI between paracancerous tissues and BC(P<0.05),BC lymph node metastasis was correlated with the expression of miR-146b-5p and1ncRNA MALAT,and the expression of miR-146b-5p and 1ncRNA MALAT1 in BC was negatively correlated(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of miR-146b-5p in bladder cancer is decreased and the expression of lncRNA MALAT1 is increased.The above two are negatively correlated.The occurrence of this situation is related to lymph node metastasis in patients,which may become an important marker for the diagnosis and treatment of bladder cancer in the future.
