摘要
为获得糙米粒重性状QTL,本研究以V 20 B/CPSLO 17遗传背景衍生的150份重组自交家系作为作图群体,在3种环境下分别进行糙米粒重性状QTL检测及其遗传效应分析。结果表明,3种环境共发现6个不同的糙米粒重QTL,其LOD值在2.629~6.721之间,表型贡献率变幅为7.306%~17.070%。QTL qRTGW5-2具有较大遗传效应,表型变异贡献率高达17.070%,LOD值为6.721;qRTGW5-2的加性效应源自亲本V 20 B。
To obtain the QTL of brown rice grain weight traits,a mapping population of 150 recombination inbred lines which derived from V 20 B/CPSLO 17 genetic background,was applied to analyse QTL location and genetic effects of brown rice grain weight traits under three different environmental conditions.The results showed that a total of six QTLs for rice grain weight traits were found in three environments,their LOD values ranged from 2.629 to 6.721,and the phenotype contribution rate varied from 7.306%to 17.070%.The QTL qRTGW5-2 with major genetic effects,which contributed 17.070%to the phenotypic variances.The LOD values of qRTGW5-2 was 6.721.The additive effect of qRTGW5-2 was derived from the parent V 20 B.
