教师专业发展视域下高校教师自主成长探究

摘要 进入普及化阶段以后,我国高等教育的规模和功能发生了变化,加之信息技术和教育国际化的发展,教师专业发展成为高校教育改革的重要研究课题。在外驱动与内驱动的发展模式中,高校教师主动适应时代发展和教育教学需要、自觉提升专业素养的“自主成长能力”,即“自我导向的终身学习能力”的内驱式模式,对促进专业发展起着基础性作用。高校教师明确专业发展的内涵与教育生态环境各要素之间的关系,从理论层面厘清内驱式教师专业发展的路径,将为其教育实践指明方向。
