摘要
现代教育理念表明,大数据介入高校学生管理势在必行。但是由于历史和现实原因,大数据在高校学生管理中的应用不太乐观,存在数据平台建设滞后、缺乏大数据专业素养的学生管理队伍、数据交融、整合欠缺等问题。更重要的是认识不足,重视不够,运用失当,有过度夸大大数据的运用而忽视传统的高校优秀管理方式和办法的现象。为提高高校学生管理工作效率,针对学生进行更加客观、科学、公正的管理,有必要探索在高校学生管理中应用大数据,以期促进高校学生管理的健康发展。
The modern educational concept shows that it is imperative for big data to intervene in the management of college students.However,due to historical and practical reasons,the application of big data in the management of college students is not very optimistic.There are some problems,such as the lag of data platform construction,the lack of student management team with big data professional quality,the lack of data integration.What is more important is the lack of understanding,insufficient attention,improper use,and the phenomenon of overstating the use of big data and ignoring the traditional excellent management methods in colleges and universities.In order to improve the efficiency of management work of college students and carry out more objective,scientific and fair management for students,it is necessary to explore the application of big data in college students management in order to promote the healthy development of college students management.
