摘要
为了探究高中体育教学创新策略,以北京地区5所高中的42名体育教师作为研究对象,采用问卷调查的方式分析目前高中体育教学在教学内容、教学目标、教学方法等方面存在的问题.针对问题,提出加强与体育锻炼的联系、优化教学目标、全面筛选教学内容、开展选项教学、创新教学方法、改进评价模式等教学改革措施,以促进高中体育教学的高质量发展.
In order to explore the innovative strategies of senior high school physical educa-tion teaching,42 physical education teachers from five senior high schools in Beijing were taken as the research objects to analyze the current problems existing in senior high school physical edu-cation teaching,such as teaching contents,teaching objectives and teaching methods by adopting the questionnaire survey.In terms of these problems,some teaching reform measures were pro-posed to strengthen the connection with physical exercise,optimize teaching objectives,compre-hensively screen teaching contents,carry out option teaching,innovate teaching methods,and improve evaluation modes so as to promote the high-quality development of senior high school physical education teaching.
