摘要
以马陵中学的业余体育训练为调查对象,得出马陵中学目前在体育场地设施、体育训练师资力量方面均存在一定的不足,但马陵中学教师通过校际合作等方式有效的解决了场地设施困境,加上体育教师的科学训练理念和手段的指引,马陵中学的体育业余训练具有较好的成效。其归功于马陵中学"体文并重,师生双选"的选材把关,"科学有度,阶段分明"的体育业余训练模式,规律严格的测试与民主严厉的日常管理模式。并得出"建立学校资源联盟"资源互补,改善训练条件,强化"科学训练",确保学生文化学习,强化制度建设,加强思想教育,提高学生双过线率等经验启示。
Using Maling amateur sports training school as the survey object,this paper draws Maling high school are currently there are some deficiencies in the sports facilities,sports training teachers respect,but Maling secondary school teachers through inter-school cooperation,etc.effective solution venues and facilities difficulties,coupled with the guidance of PE teachers training concepts and tools of science,amateur sports training school Maling have good results.Maling thanks to its high school ＂body text of both teachers and students double election＂ selection checks,＂a degree of science,distinct stages＂ of amateur sports training mode,rigorous testing law and democracy strict daily management.And draw ＂Building School Resource Alliance＂ complementary resources,improve training conditions,strengthen the ＂scientific training＂ to ensure students learning culture,strengthen the system construction,strengthen ideological education,improve students experience enlightenment double-line rate.
