摘要
为了探析人文关怀护理干预在胃癌患者中的应用效果,以2021年3月~2022年1月安徽省肿瘤医院收治的80例胃癌患者为研究对象,采用抽签法将其平均分成对照组和观察组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组则在对照组基础上加以人文关怀护理,就2组护理前后的负性情绪程度、疲乏程度、生活质量、护理总满意情况展开研究.结果表明:观察组的SAS、SDS、BFI评分均低于对照组,QLQ-C30评分比对照组更高,且观察组的护理总满意率高于对照组.由此得出,在胃癌患者的护理干预中应用人文关怀效果显著,能有效改善患者负性情绪,从而缓解其癌因性疲乏程度,对提升其生存质量有积极的作用.
In order to explore the application effect of humanistic care nursing intervention in patients with gastric cancer,80 cases of gastric cancer patients admitted to Anhui Cancer Hospi-tal from March 2021 to January 2022 were taken as the research objects,who were equally divid-ed into control group and observation group by drawing lots.The control group was treated with routine nursing while the observation group with humanistic care on the basis of routine nursing.The study was carried out on the degree of negative emotions,fatigue,quality of life and total satisfaction of nursing before and after nursing in the two groups.The results showed that the SAS,SDS and BFI scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the QLQ-C30 scores were higher than those in the control group,and the total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.In conclusion,the application of humanistic care nursing in the nursing intervention in patients with gastric cancer can effectively improve the negative emotions of patients,so as to alleviate the degree of cancer fatigue,and have a positive effect on improving the quality of life.
