摘要
目的:分析心理护理干预对胃癌术后患者疼痛及睡眠时间的影响。方法:选取2020年4月至2022年5月福建省龙岩市中医院收治的胃癌术后患者48例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组24例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施心理护理干预。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者睡眠质量的差异,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)比较2组患者焦虑症状改善情况,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)比较2组患者疼痛改善情况,采用健康调查简表(SF-36)比较2组患者干预前后的生命质量,同时比较2组患者护理满意度。结果:护理干预后,观察组VAS评分、SAS评分、SDS评分显著低于对照组,观察组SF-36评分显著高于对照组,观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:胃癌术后患者接受常规护理基础上,联合给予心理护理干预,能够有效改善患者的疼痛感受,纠正负面心理,改善睡眠状况,提高生命质量,提高患者护理满意度,值得临床推广使用。
Objective:To analyze the effect of psychological nursing intervention on pain and sleep time of postoperative patients with gastric cancer.Methods:A total of 48 postoperative patients with gastric cancer who were admitted to Longyan Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in Fujian Province from April 2020 to may 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 24 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the difference of sleep quality between 2groups,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)were used to compare the improvement of anxiety symptoms of 2 groups,and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)was used to compare the pain improvement of 2 groups,The nursing satisfaction of 2 groups was compared as well.Results:After nursing intervention,VAS score,SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,SF-36 score of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group.The difference between the2 groups was statistically significant(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of routine nursing,psychological nursing intervention can effectively improve patients’pain feeling,correct negative psychology,improve sleep status,improve quality of life,and improve patients’nursing satisfaction after gastric cancer surgery,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
