摘要
作为一种农业新型经营方式,农地托管在不触及农地所有制以及农地承包经营权的同时,实现了农业规模经营,对于乡村振兴和农业强国建设具有重大意义。本文基于安徽农地托管实践,考察研究了农地托管对于乡村振兴的作用及其作用路径。研究结果表明:农地托管通过壮大乡村产业、创造宜居环境、铸造文明乡风、优化社会治理、推动农村富裕,推动了广大小农户和现代农业有机衔接,为乡村全面振兴提供了强大引擎。
As a new type of agricultural management,farmland trusteeship realizes large-scale agricultural operation without affecting the ownership of farmland and the contractual management rights of farmland,which is of great significance to rural revitalization and powerful agricultural country construction.Based on the practice of farmland trusteeship in Anhui province,this paper studies the role and path of farmland trusteeship on rural revitalization.The results show that the farmland trusteeship promotes the organic connection between small farmers and modern agriculture by expanding rural industries,creating a livable environment,casting civilized rural customs,optimizing social governance,and promoting rural prosperity,and provides a powerful engine for the overall revitalization of the countryside.
