摘要
高等院校法学专业是发扬和传播马克思主义法学理论的重要阵地,而习近平法治思想是马克思主义法学理论中国化的最新成果。因此,将《习近平法治思想概论》课程纳入高等院校法学专业核心课程体系,是坚持和发展中国特色社会主义法治道路、全面推进法治中国建设的重大战略部署。在教学目标上,应当以传播中国特色社会主义法治理论、培养中国特色社会主义法治人才以及服务中国特色社会主义法治建设为基本取向;在具体讲授中,着重运用历史和现实、理论和实践的融合性思路展开对习近平法治思想核心要义的论述;在教学反思上,着重强调要坚持授课对象反馈、授课主体反思以及授课同行评价等立体性视角。通过教学目标定位、教学内容展开以及教学实践反思的综合设计,以实现习近平法治思想核心要义课程展开的全面性和科学性。
The law major in colleges and universities takes an important position for the development and dissemination of Marxist legal theory,and Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law is the latest achievement of the Sinicization of Marxist legal theory.Therefore,incorporating the course“Introduction to Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law”into the core curriculum system of law majors in colleges and universities is a major strategic plan for adhering to and developing the road of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics and comprehensively promoting the construction of the rule of law in China.In terms of teaching objectives,the basic orientation should come to disseminate the socialist rule of law theory with Chinese characteristics,cultivate talents for socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics,and serve the construction of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics;in specific lectures,focusing on the integration of history and reality,theory and practice by the core concept of Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law is discussed by in terms of teaching reflection,it is emphasized that we must adhere to the three-dimensional perspectives of teaching object feedback,teaching subject reflection,and teaching peer evaluation.Through the comprehensive design of teaching target positioning,teaching content development and teaching practice reflection,the comprehensiveness and scientificity of the curriculum development of the core essentials of Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law can be realized.
