摘要
新型城镇化与生态韧性耦合协调推进可以助推黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展。文章构建反映“以人为本”的新型城镇化体系及反映“压力—状态—响应”的链式生态韧性评价体系,通过耦合协调度、协调影响力及面板门槛等模型,对沿黄地区中心城市新型城镇化与生态韧性的耦合协调类型及阻滞因素进行比较。研究发现:新型城镇化平均值在0.28~0.42之间,生态韧性整体水平在0.4~0.5之间,耦合协调度稳步提升,呈现“下高上低”的空间格局;空间城镇化起反向制约作用,经济城镇化则具有正向推进效应;生态压力起负向约束作用,生态响应起正向推动作用,生态状态的作用呈现由负向阻滞向正向推动的转化;新型城镇化阶段对耦合协调度具有单一门槛效应。
The coordinated promotion of new urbanization and ecological resilience can promote the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River basin.A new urbanization system reflecting“people-oriented”and a chain type ecological resilience evaluation system reflecting“pressure-state-response”are constructed,and the coupling coordination type and blocking factors of the new urbanization and ecological resilience of the central cities along the Yel⁃low River are compared through the models of coupling coordination,coordination influence and panel threshold.It is found that the average value of the new urbanization is between 0.28 and 0.42,and the overall level of ecological resil⁃ience is between 0.4 and 0.5,and the degree of coupling and coordination is steadily improved,showing a spatial pattern of“high from bottom to low from top”;spatial urbanization plays a negative role,while economic urbanization has a posi⁃tive effect;ecological pressure acts as a negative constraint,while ecological response acts as a positive impetus.The role of ecological state changes from negative to blocking to positive;the new urbanization stage has a single threshold effect on the coupling coordination degree.
