摘要
单核苷酸多态性(Single nucleotide polymorphism,SNP)是基因组中最常见的遗传变异形式,在动植物基因组中的分布频率较高。通过对SNP分子标记的检测,可以筛选具有优良基因的后代,也可以鉴定动植物的品种来源。本文总结了基于不同原理的SNP标记检测技术,综述了SNP标记在动植物品种选育、物种鉴定和食品中的动植物源性检测中的应用研究进展,旨在推动未来SNP检测技术的研究,为SNP技术在动植物物种成分鉴定中更广泛地应用提供借鉴与参考。
Single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)is the most common form of genetic variation in the genome and is highly prevalent in plant and animal genomes.The detection of SNP molecular markers allows the screening of progeny with superior genes and the identification of plant and animal species origins.This study reviews the progress of SNP marker detection techniques based on different principles and the application of SNP markers in breed selection,species identification and detection of plant and animal origin in food.We aim to promote the wider application of SNP technology in the identification of species origin components,promote the future research of SNP detection technology,and provide suggestions and references for the application of SNP technology.
