摘要
为保证工程项目知识共享的系统性,在地铁项目管理过程中需建设智慧工地知识共享平台进行信息传递、风险应对和经验交流等,提升项目组织的知识共享水平。运用主成分分析法进行降维处理的思想,对地铁智慧工地知识共享平台建设的投资待选方案进行了多因素下的综合分析与评价,并对北京市地铁某标段项目知识共享平台建设的投资方案决策加以说明,最后对地铁智慧工地知识共享平台的建设提出合理化建议。
In order to ensure the systematicness of knowledge sharing of engineering projects,it is necessary to build a smart construction site knowledge sharing platform for information transmission,risk response and experience exchange in the process of subway project management,to improve the knowledge sharing level of the project organization.Based on the idea of dimension reduction by principal component analysis,the investment options for the construction of knowledge sharing platform for subway smart construction sites are comprehensively analyzed and evaluated under multiple factors,and illustrated with the investment decision of the construction of knowledge sharing platform for a section of Beijing Subway project.Finally,reasonable suggestions are put forward for the construction of knowledge sharing platform of subway smart construction site.
