摘要
目前,面向智慧工地平台的进度管理利用BIM工具仅实现了施工阶段数据的简单可视化,实际施工进度数据的更新与录入仍需要人工介入,无法实时了解各项施工任务实际进程。为了实现施工进度计划的自动监控及决策辅助支持,提出一种基于计算机视觉的施工进度自动监控方法。首先通过三维重建技术获取施工现场建筑物的室内外点云模型,再利用目标识别、分类、跟踪算法等计算机视觉技术对施工过程中采集的点云模型数据进行处理与分析,识别正在施工的结构构件信息,与已有的BIM施工进度计划模型进行自动对比,最终以可视化的形式实现进度偏差的分析。基于计算机视觉的施工进度自动监控方法能够直观展示施工现场进度偏差情况,自动将进度偏差信息实时传输给项目管理人员,发出预警,实现施工进度的自动化监控。
Progress management for the smart site platform currently only achieves the straightforward presentation of data during the construction phase by using BMI tool.The actual progress of different building jobs cannot be understood in real-time since the update and entering of the construction progress data still requires user intervention.An automatic monitoring method of construction progress based on computer vision is developed in order to realize automatic monitoring and decision support of the construction schedule.The indoor and outdoor point cloud models of buildings on the construction site are first obtained using three-dimensional reconstruction technology.The point cloud model data that is gathered during the construction process is then processed and analyzed by using computer vision technologies such as target recognition,classification,tracking algorithm,etc.The structural component information under construction is identified and automatically compared with existing BIM construction schedule planning model.Finally,the analysis of schedule deviation is realized in the form of visualization.The computer vision-based automatic monitoring approach for construction progress allows for visual presentation of the construction site’s progress deviation.The schedule deviation information is automatically transmitted to the project management personnel in real time,and the early warning is issued,realizing the automatic monitoring of the construction schedule.
