摘要
我国富煤、贫油气的能源结构决定了我国对煤炭高效利用及转化的重视,赋予了煤化工产业发展的机会,作为煤化工产业龙头的煤气化技术在中国蓬勃发展。随着煤气化技术的大规模推广,煤气化灰渣的堆存量及产生量越来越大,造成了严重的环境污染和土地资源浪费,对煤化工企业的可持续发展造成不利影响,煤气化渣处理迫在眉睫,各高校、研究院都在积极探索解决方式;但普遍存在难以工业化或成本较高的问题。本研究在考虑到可工业化推广的工艺条件下,以煤气化灰渣为原料,少量KOH为活化剂在高温下制备了碳硅复合材料,探索了不同活化剂及活化温度、时间、活化剂添加量对吸附材料的性能影响。实验结果显示:碱活化气化灰渣工艺,影响主次因素为时间>温度>碱添加比例,最佳条件为温度700℃、120 min、10%KOH添加量;在此条件下制备产品碘吸附值达341 mg/g。
The energy structure of our country's rich coal and lean oil and gas determines attaches great importance to the efficient utilization and transformation of coal,and gives opportunities for the development of the coal chemical industry.As the leader of the coal chemical industry,coal gasification technology is booming in China.With the large-scale promotion of coal gasification technology,the accumulation and production of coal gasification ash and slag are increasing,causing serious environmental pollution and waste of land resources,and adversely affecting the sustainable development of coal chemical enterprises.Slag disposal is imminent,and universities and research institutes are actively exploring solutions;however,there are generally problems that are difficult to industrialize or have high costs.In this study,carbon-silicon composites were prepared at high temperature with coal gasification ash and slag as raw materials and a small amount of KOH as activator under the consideration of the process conditions that can be industrialized.The effects of different activators,activation temperature,time and amount of activators on the properties of adsorption materials were explored.The experimental results show that the primary and secondary factors affecting the alkali-activated gasification ash slag process are time>temperature>alkali addition ratio,and the optimal conditions are temperature 700℃,120 min,and 10%KOH addition;under these conditions,the iodine adsorption value of the product is prepared.Up to 341 mg/g.
