摘要
新生心理适应是高校学生中普遍面临的发展性问题。为探索红色基因融入高校新生心理适应的合理化干预及其作用,选取心理适应得分高于均分的被试60人作为研究对象,其中实验组30人、对照组30人。实验组完成8次活动干预,对照组不做干预,对两组学生进行《大学新生适应量表》《活动干预反馈表》的测试。干预方案实施前,在心理适应水平上实验组与对照组间不存在显著差异,运用红色基因主题活动对实验组进行心理适应干预后,实验组与对照组间心理适应水平出现了显著差异,证实本研究干预方案的有效性。
The psychological adaptation of freshmen is a developmental problem commonly faced by college students.In order to explore the rationalization intervention of red gene into the psychological adaptation of college freshmen and its effect,60 subjects whose psychological adaptation scores were higher than the average score were selected as the research subjects,including 30 in the experimental group and 30 in the control group.The experimental group completed 8 activity interventions,while the control group did not.The students in the two groups were tested on the"Freshman Adjustment Rating Scale"and"Activity Intervention Feedback Form".Before the implementation of the intervention program,there was no significant difference in the level of psychological adaptation between the experimental group and the control group.After the application of red gene-themed activities to the experimental group,there was a significant difference in the level of psychological adaptation between the experimental group and the control group,which confirmed the effectiveness of the intervention program in this study.
