摘要
扫描电镜是高校科研工作的助推器,是实验教学工作的新引擎。从扫描电镜的开放共享及测试、科学管理及维护方面对如何提高仪器的使用效率、保证仪器的安全运转、更好的提供测试服务进行了总结。基于良好的开放共享测试服务,综述了扫描电镜在药物化学、生物医学、材料化工、地质矿产、电子器械等高校科研领域的应用情况。从高校新生研讨课、本科生实验课、研究生实验课三个层面出发,探讨了扫描电镜在实践育人方面的新思路,从而为培养综合型、创新型现代分析测试技术人才服务。
Scanning electron microscope(SEM)is the booster of scientific research in universities and the new engine of experimental teaching.This paper summarized the experience of how to improve the usage efficiency and ensure the routine safe operation of the instrument,and provide superior testing service from the aspects of open sharing and testing,scientific management and maintenance of SEM.Based on the high quality open and shared testing service,the applications of SEM in pharmaceutical chemistry,biomedicine,material chemical engineering,geology and mineral resources,electronic equipment and other scientific research fields in universities were reviewed.The paper probed into the new ideas of SEM in practical education from three different layers,college freshman seminar,undergraduate experimental course and postgraduate experimental course,so as to serve for the cultivation of comprehensive and innovative modern analytical and testing technical talents.
