一种旋耕机结构设计的数控加工工艺应用分析 被引量:4

摘要 为进一步提高我国旋耕机装备的作业效率,切实保证旋耕土壤质量,以智能制造的数控加工工艺为分析基点,针对其结构设计展开研究。在旋耕机组成布局及参数特点的基础上,根据CNC数控加工的精度与速度要求,建立加工刀具与加工部件之间的位姿关系数学模型,并合理运用到旋耕机的核心部件参数优化设计中,完成相匹配的数控加工方案确定,并开展了优化后的旋耕机作业试验。结果表明:将CNC加工理念与结构设计的有效融合,旋耕机优化后的性能参数得到显著提升,其刀具耐用度与作业碎土率分别相对提高了7.23%与7.22%,整机效率维持在90%以上,效果良好。此分析方法是从农机结构设计源点入手,具备一定的创新性与进步性,对于其他农机装备的改良有很好地启发作用。 In order to further optimize the operation efficiency of rotary cultivator equipment in China and ensure the soil quality of rotary cultivator,the structure design of rotary cultivator was studied based on the intelligent manufacturing numerical control processing technology.On the basis of the composition layout and parameter characteristics of the rotary cultivator,according to the accuracy and speed requirements of CNC machining,the mathematical model of the position and posture relationship between the machining tool and the machining parts was established,and then was reasonably applied to the parameter optimization design of the core parts of the rotary cultivator,Finally,the matching NC machining scheme was determined.Through the optimized operation test of rotary cultivator,the results showed that in the normal field environment,the performance parameters of rotary tiller were significantly improved by the effective integration of CNC machining concept and structural design,the tool durability and soil breaking rate of rotary tiller were increased by 7.23%and 7.22%respectively,and the overall efficiency was maintained at 90%.Above all,the test effect was very good.The analysis method started from the source of agricultural machinery structure design,and effectively implemented the essential design of rotary cultivator components,which had a certain degree of innovation and progressiveness,and would be some good inspiration for the improvement of other agricultural machinery and equipment.
