摘要
自动光学检测(AOI)作为单板生产过程的重要拦截工序之一,存在着焊接不良品漏检的问题,造成不良品维修成本的增加。为此,成立了AOI攻关团队,深入分析不良品漏检根因,积极探索。通过海量数据分析和迭代改进,开发了“Missing算法”,在AOI判错算法上实现了突破,大大提升了检测准确性。基于该算法开发的AOI自动拦截系统,从技术上有效解决了不良品漏检的问题,还可以对AOI自动拦截的数据实时预警,加快闭环速度。介绍了攻关团队开发和应用AOI自动拦截系统的实践经验。
As one of the important interception procedures during the board production process,the AOI has the problem of soldering defect leakage,resulting in the increase of COPQ repair costs.To this end,an AOI team is set up to thoroughly analyze the root causes of defect leakage and actively explore the causes.Through massive data analysis and iterative improvement,the"missing algorithm"is developed,and the AOI miscalculation method is used to make a breakthrough and greatly improve the accuracy of the test.The AOI automatic interception system developed based on this algorithm solves the problem of non-performing leakage technically.In addition,the AOI automatic interception data can be early warning in real time to speed up the closed-loop process.Finally,the experience of the tackling team in developing and applying the AOI automatic interception system is described.
