摘要
目的探讨行为诱导理念指导的心理护理对口腔正畸患者情绪及配合度的影响。方法选取2020年2月至2022年2月本院收治的100例口腔正畸患者,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用行为诱导理念指导的心理护理。比较两组负性情绪及配合度。结果观察组恐惧发生率为18.00%,低于对照组的40.00%(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的HADA、HAD-D评分降低,且观察组的HAD-A、HAD-D评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组配合度为88.00%,高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。结论行为诱导理念指导的心理护理可减少口腔正畸患者的恐惧,减轻其焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高配合度。
Objective To explore the influence of psychological nursing guided by behavior inducing concept on the emotions and cooperation degree of orthodontic patients.Methods 100 orthodontic patients admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received psychological nursing guided by behavior inducing concept.The negative emotions and cooperation degree of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of fear in the observation group was 18.00%,lower than 40.00% in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of HAD-A and HAD-D in the two groups decreased,and the scores HAD-A and HAD-D in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The cooperation degree of the observation group was 88.00%,higher than 70.00% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Psychological nursing guided by behavior inducing concept can reduce the fear,anxiety and depression of orthodontic patients,and improve their coordination degree.
