摘要
临床上有部分重症心脏病患者术后会因为手术和体外循环时间过长而出现各种并发症,使得术后没有立即关胸而返回监护室,这对护理人员提出了极高的要求。文章就1例自体肺动脉瓣移植术后延迟关胸的患儿的护理进行了总结,以期为同类患者的护理提供借鉴。
In clinical practice,some patients with severe heart disease would have various complications after surgery and cardiopulmonary bypass for too long,so that the chest could not immediately be closed and returned to the care unit,which would put forward higher requirements for nursing staff.This paper would summarize the postoperative nursing of a child with Ross procedure delayed chest closure,in order to provide reference for the nursing of patients with delayed chest closure.
