摘要
高职院校的主要任务是为我国实现“制造强国”目标培养新一代产业工人。结合湖北省经济发展现状,以电子信息类专业为例,探讨高职院校如何进行专业设置和优化,以适应地方经济发展的人才需求。提出根据不同专业特点,组建大小专业的融合,为传统专业赋能,提升学生就业率,满足地方高技术制造业的人才需要。
Higher vocational colleges play a key role in training a new generation of industrial workers for China to achieve the goal of“being a manufacturing power”.Based on the current situation of economic development in Hubei Province,this paper takes the major of electronic information as an example to discuss how to set up and optimize the major in vocational colleges to meet the talents demand of local economic development.Corresponding with the characteristics of different majors,it is proposed that we should integrate different majors,empower traditional majors,improve the employment rate of students to meet the talent needs of local high-tech manufacturing industry.
