摘要
为研究山西灵芝生物学特性及栽培的可能性,对山西灵芝适宜碳源、氮源、培养温度和适宜pH进行了筛选。随后探索了其出菇条件,并对子实体进行了营养成分分析。结果表明,山西灵芝的适宜碳源为葡萄糖,适宜氮源为酵母粉,在培养温度为30℃和pH为4.0时,菌丝生长最快。在(30±2)℃较高温度下进行催芝管理,能形成漆状光泽明显,含硒量更高的子实体。
To explore the biological characteristics and cultivation possibility of Ganoderma shanxiense,the suitable carbon source,nitrogen source,culture temperature and pH were selected firstly.And then the conditions of fruiting were study and the nutritional composition of the fruit body was tested.The results showed that the suitable carbon source was glucose and the suitable nitrogen source was yeast powder.When the culture temperature was 30℃and the pH was 4.0,the mycelial growth of G.shanxiense was the fastest.At the fruiting conditions of higher temperature(30±2)℃,the fruit body with more obvious lacquer luster and higher selenium content could be better differentiated.
