基质和生长调节剂对3个刺槐新品种嫩枝扦插的影响 被引量:2

摘要 探索刺槐新品种扦插繁殖技术,加快实现良种的规模化生产。以‘蜜源1号’‘绿满青山’‘多彩青山’3个刺槐新品种为材料,采用四因素三水平正交试验设计,研究了植物生长调节剂的种类、质量浓度、处理时间和基质类型对刺槐嫩枝扦插的影响。结果表明,植物生长调节剂可显著提高3个刺槐品种的嫩枝扦插生根率,但生长调节剂的种类、质量浓度和处理时间对3个刺槐品种的生根率、最长根长、平均根长及总根数的影响均不显著;扦插基质是影响刺槐嫩枝扦插生根率的关键因素,基质类型对3个刺槐品种生根率的影响均达到了极显著水平,且3个刺槐品种均以珍珠岩上的生根率为最高。不同刺槐品种,适用的最佳处理也不同。隶属函数评价结果表明,‘蜜源1号’‘多彩青山’这2个品种均以9号处理(500 mg/L ABT1号生根粉处理0.5 h,基质为珍珠岩)下的综合评价值最高,‘绿满青山’以2号处理(200 mg/L IBA处理1 h,基质为珍珠岩)下的综合评价值最高。但适宜3个品种的最优组合仍需进一步试验验证。 To explore the cutting propagation technology of new varieties of Robinia pseudoacacia and accelerate the large--scale production of improved varieties.Taking three new varieties of Robinia pseudoacacia‘Miyuan 1'‘Lvman Qingshan’‘Duocai Qinghan'as materials,the effects of plant growth regulators,mass concentation,treatment time and substrate type on the softwood cutting of Robinia pseudoacacia were studied by four factor and three-level orthogonal experimental design.The result showed that plant growth regulators can significantly improve the rooting rate of softwood cuttings of three Robinia pseudoacacia varieties,but the types,mass concentration and treatment time of growth regulators have no significant efects on the rooting rate,longest root length,average root length and total root number;matrix is the key factor afcting the rooting rate of Robinia pse udoacacia softwood cutting,whose influence of on the rooting rate has reached a very significant level,and the rooting rate on perlite is the highest.Different optimal treatments are suitable for different varieties of Robinia pseudoacacia.The results of membership function evaluation showed that the comprehensive evaluation value of'Miyuan 1‘and'Duocai Qingshan'was the highest under treatment 9(500 mg/LABT1 treatment for 0.5 h,the matrix was perlite),and the comprehenaive evaluation value of‘Lvman Qingshan’was the highest under treatment 2(200 mg/LIBA treatment for 1h,the matrix was perlite).However,the optimal combination suitable for the three varieties still needs further experimental verification.
