摘要
LNG再液化装置用于将LNG运输途中产生的蒸发气液化,对其进行故障模式与影响分析(Failure Mode and Effect Analysis),在失效发生之前采取措施降低其风险,对于保证货舱安全、提高LNG运输船的经济性与灵活性至关重要。基于FMEA手册和CCS标准,以关键设备一体机为例,介绍了LNG再液化系统的FMEA分析方法,梳理了系统的失效模式及优化措施,对设备开发测试具有指导意义。
LNG reliquefaction system is used to liquefy boil-off gas generated during LNG transportation.The Failure Mode and Effect Analysis(FMEA)of the system is carried out.It is very important to take measures to reduce the risk before failure to ensure the safety of cargo tanks and improve the economy and flexibility of LNG carriers.Based on FMEA handbook and CCS standard,taking the key equipment,compander,as an example,this paper introduces the FMEA analysis method of LNG reliquefaction system,combs out the failure modes and optimization measures of the system,which has guiding significance for equipment development and testing.
