摘要
针对LNG船再液化技术更新换代的问题,从技术角度着重对比分析氮气膨胀机、混合制冷、涡轮布雷顿技术。涡轮布雷顿技术将LNG低温冷却后喷淋到货舱,降低货舱压力和温度。通过对比分析得出过冷涡轮布雷顿技术在安全性、效率、可靠性、安装维护等方面有显著优势。
Regarding of the upgrading of reliquefaction technology of LNG carrier,this paper focuses on the comparative analysis of reliquefaction technology of nitrogen compander,mixed refrigerant and Turbo-Brayton. The Turbo-Brayton technology sprays subcooled LNG into the cargo tank to reduce the pressure and temperature of the cargo tank. Through comparative analysis,it is concluded that the Turbo-Brayton technology has significant advantages in safety,efficiency,reliability,operation and maintenance.
