摘要
针对开关站一起40.5kV C-GIS用直动式接地开关丝杆断裂事故,通过对断裂丝杆材质开展检验,发现故障丝杆材质为尼龙棒,即POM棒,本身材质非常坚硬,通过开展扭力试验和理论计算,设计方案和材料都不存在问题,但是机构的装配和调试过程存在严重的失控,所以机构装配调试的问题是导致该起事故的根本原因,本文针对此制定了有效的整改和预防措施。
In view of an accident of screw rod fracture of 40.5 kV C-GIS direct acting ground switch,through the inspection of the material of the fractured screw rod,it is found that the material of the fractured screw rod is nylon stick,namely the POM rod,its own material is very hard.Through carrying out the torsion test and theoretical calculation,it is found that there are no problems in the design scheme and materials,but the assembly and commissioning process of the mechanism is seriously out of control,so the problem of mechanism assembly and debugging is the root cause of the accident.This paper formulates effective rectification and prevention measures for this.
