摘要
为了改进魅族公司研发人员激励机制中存在的问题,本文阐述了PDCA循环的涵义并结合魅族公司管理的实际情况,详细解释了PDCA循环在四个阶段中是如何作用的。PDCA循环作为质量管理体系中的重要方法,是改进和完善企业人力资源管理激励机制的有效方式,其他企业在员工激励机制方面的改进与提升可以借鉴本文的研究。
In order to improve the existing problems in the incentive mechanism of R&D personnel in Meizu Company,this paper expounds the meaning of PDCA cycle and explains in detail how PDCA cycle functions in the four stages in combination with the actual management situation of Meizu company. As an important method in the quality management system, PDCA cycle is an effective way to improve and perfect the incentive mechanism of enterprise human resource management. Other enterprises can refer to this study for reference in the improvement and promotion of employee incentive mechanism.
