摘要
在现代化学机械设备装配过程中,品质控制是最基础、最关键的环节。通过对化工机械设备安装情况进行分析,发现在实际操作中,有关部门对生产过程管理不够重视,安装质量不能满足相关规定。在化工机械安装过程中,要结合其特性,采取相应措施,达到更好的安装效果,保障设备安装质量达标。
In the assembly process of modern chemical machinery equipment,quality control is the most basic and critical link.Through the analysis of the installation of chemical machinery and equipment,it was found that in actual operation,the relevant departments did not pay enough attention to the production process management,and the installation quality could not meet the relevant provisions. During the installation of chemical machinery,corresponding measures shall be taken in combination with its characteristics to achieve better installation effect and ensure that the equipment installation quality reaches the standard.
