摘要 广播信号远程监测过程中,最重要的一项监测内容是判断当前播出的是正常的语音(音乐)信号还是噪声。若未播出正常广播信号,说明广播发射系统可能存在故障。因此,利用电脑远程监测的重点在于准确地判断信号的噪声区域。为此,将收音机输出的广播信号输入至电脑,利用短时能量、短时过零率、短时傅里叶变换对音频信号进行时域和频域的分析,选取合适的能量和过零率阈值,对输入的语音信号进行分析判断,以确定播出是否正常。 In the process of remote monitoring of broadcast signals,the most important monitoring content is to determine whether the current broadcast is normal voice(music) signal or noise.If the normal broadcast signal is not broadcast,the broadcast transmission system may have a fault.Therefore,the key of remote monitoring by computer is to accurately judge the noise area of the signal.To this end,the broadcast signal output by the radio is input to the computer,and the audio signal is analyzed in time and frequency domain by using short-time energy,short-time zero-crossing rate and short-time Fourier transform.The appropriate energy and zero-crossing rate thresholds are selected to analyze and judge the input voice signal to determine whether the broadcast is normal.
