摘要
景洪电站每个表孔布置2根坝顶门轨道大梁,大梁结构形式为预应力钢筋混凝土T型结构。为验证大梁设计的合理性,检验其承载能力,先浇筑1根试验梁,对其进行原型试验。介绍景洪电站溢流表孔坝顶门大梁的原型试验方案;方案主要包括加载方法,监测项目及其监测仪器布置,试验过程中梁体外观变形监测方法,采集试验过程中大梁内的观测仪器所监测到的数据,分析大梁混凝土应力应变、钢筋受力及其预应力锚索测受力情况。
Two track girders of dam crest gate are arranged in each surface hole of Jinghong Hydropower Station.The girders are of pre-stressed reinforced concrete T-type structure.In order to verify the rationality of beam design and its bearing capacity,a test beam is poured and prototype tested.This paper describes the prototype test scheme for the dam crest girder of the overflow gauge hole of Jinghong Hydropower Station.The scheme mainly includes loading method,monitoring items and arrangement of monitoring instruments,and monitoring method of external deformation of beam during test.By collecting the data monitored by the observation instrument in the girder during the test,the stress and strain of concrete,the stress of reinforcement and the stress of pre-stressed anchor cable of the girder are analyzed.
