摘要
该文综述了低品质粉煤灰在混凝土中的应用情况。改变大颗粒粉煤灰粒径、粒形、颗粒级配,激发其活性,是开拓粉煤灰利用方式、提高低品质粉煤灰利用的重要手段。低品质粉煤灰经过粉磨可以提高活性指数,复掺钢渣、石灰石粉可以降低需水量,使用氢氧化钙或电石渣激发等均有利于提高混凝土强度,优化粉煤灰的颗粒级配可以提高混凝土的流动性和耐久性,直接做砂子对混凝土有内养护的作用,合成的粉煤灰细骨料级配、比重和天然砂相似,做成角形粉煤灰骨料不仅强度、耐久性等满足结构混凝土要求,且可以降低混凝土自重。低品质粉煤灰在混凝土中的利用方式还存在成本高、性能低的问题。降低改性成本,寻求合理的生产工艺,是未来低品质粉煤灰利用的发展趋势。
This paper reviews the application of low-quality fly ash in concrete.It is an important means to develop the utilization mode of fly ash and improve the utilization of low-quality fly ash by changing the particle size,particle shape and particle gradation of large fly ash and stimulating its activity.The activity index of low-quality fly ash can be improved after grinding,the water demand can be reduced by mixing steel slag and limestone powder,and the strength of concrete can be improved by using calcium hydroxide or calcium carbide slag to stimulate.Optimizing the particle size distribution of fly ash can improve the fluidity and durability of concrete,and directly making sand can have an internal curing effect on concrete.The gradation and specific gravity of the fine aggregate of synthetic fly ash are similar to those of natural sand,the angular fly ash aggregate can not only meet the requirements of structural concrete in strength and durability,but also reduce the dead weight of concrete.The utilization of low-quality fly ash in concrete has the problems of high cost and low performance.The development trend of utilization of low quality fly ash in the future is to reduce the modification cost and seek a reasonable production process.
