摘要
根据低品位粉煤灰的特点,提出控制低品位粉煤灰细度、掺入钢渣、掺入石灰石粉等3种对低品位粉煤灰在水泥基材料应用的改善方法。结果表明,3种方法都能有效地降低低品位粉煤灰的需水量,使掺入低品位粉煤灰的胶砂扩展度能接近空白组的扩展度210 mm。不同程度地提高了掺入低品位粉煤灰的水泥基材料强度,28 d胶砂抗压强度高于40 MPa,为低品位粉煤灰在水泥基材料中的应用提供了参考。
According to the characteristics of low-grade fly ash,this paper proposes three methods to improve the application of low-grade fly ash in cement-based materials,which are controlled by low-grade fly ash fineness,incorporation into steel slag,and incorporation of limestone powder.The results show that the three methods can effectively reduce the water demand of low-grade fly ash,so that the degree of rubber sand blended with low-grade fly ash can be close to the blank group expansion of 210mm. The strength of cement-based materials blended with low-grade fly ash is improved to varying degrees,and the strength of 28d mortar is higher than 40MPa,which provides a reference for the wide application of low-grade fly ash in cement-based materials.
