摘要 产教融合为培养实用型人才提供了强大的动力,该文在系统梳理国内外产教融合模式的基础上,结合实际分析了无锡学院通信工程专业目前建设的难题,从建设目标、建设方案和改革举措等方面进行了分析和阐述。通过建设,确定了“工程导入、产教融合、协调发展”为特色优势,构建“一条主线、二大目标、三类支撑、四种手段”的应用型创新人才培养模式,直接对接地方战略性新兴产业的人才需求,为学校转型升级和可持续发展提供了支撑和依据。 The integration between industry and education provides a strong driving force for the cultivation of practical talents. On the basis of systematically combing the integration mode between industry and education at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the current construction problems of Communication Engineering Specialty in Wuxi University, and analyzes and expounds the construction objectives, construction schemes and reform measures. Through construction, the characteristic advantages of "engineering introduction, integration between industry and education, and coordinated development" are determined, and the applied innovative talent training mode of "one main line, two goals, three types of support, and four means" is constructed, which directly meets the talent needs of local strategic emerging industries and provides support and basis for the transformation and upgrading and sustainable development of the university.
