摘要
甘南藏族自治州中小学生基本来自于本地区,从小被藏族传统体育文化所熏陶,耳濡目染的同时,接触过多种锅庄舞和藏族民间舞蹈。因此,锅庄健身操在甘南藏族地区中小学进行推广,具备优越的地理条件和扎实的群众基础。该文通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、实地考察法、逻辑分析法,对锅庄健身操在甘南藏族地区中小学校开展前景进行了深入调查和分析,从锅庄健身操的特点、在中小学推广锅庄健身操的优势及其制约因素等方面进行了探讨论证,以期为锅庄健身操的推广提出相应的对策。
All primary and secondary school students in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture come from this region and have been influenced by the traditional Tibetan sports culture since childhood.He has been exposed to a variety of Guozhuang dances and Tibetan folk dances.Therefore,Guozhuang Gymnastics is promoted in primary and secondary schools in Gannan Tibetan areas,which has superior geographical conditions and a solid mass base.Through the methods of literature review,expert interview,field investigation and logical analysis,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the prospects of Guozhuang Gymnastics in primary and secondary schools in Gannan Tibetan areas,discusses and demonstrates the characteristics of Guozhuang Gymnastics,the advantages and constraints of popularizing Guozhuang Gymnastics in primary and secondary schools,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the promotion of Guozhuang Gymnastics.
