摘要
目的比较多次法根管治疗和一次性根管治疗牙体牙髓病的效果。方法74例牙体牙髓病患者,随机分为参照组和研究组,每组37例。参照组使用多次法根管治疗,研究组使用一次性根管治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、并发症发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率94.59%高于参照组的78.38%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率5.41%低于参照组的24.32%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用一次性根管治疗能够改善牙体牙髓病患者的咬合和咀嚼功能,减少并发症的发生,加快其恢复健康的速度,值得推广和使用。
Objective To compare the effect of multiple-visit endodontic therapy and one-visit endodontic therapy on patients with dental pulp disease.Methods A total of 74 patients with dental pulp disease were randomly divided into the reference group and the research group,with 37 patients in each group.The reference group used multiple-visit endodontic therapy,while the research group used one-visit endodontic therapy.The therapeutic effect,and occurrence of complications of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate 94.59%in the research group was higher than 78.38%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications 5.41%in the research group was lower than 24.32%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion One-visit endodontic therapy can improve the occlusal and masticatory functions of patients with dental pulp disease,reduce the occurrence of complications,and accelerate the speed of recovery.It is worth popularizing and using.
