摘要
目的分析一次性根管治疗术治疗牙体牙髓病的效果与安全性。方法根据治疗方案差异将我院2019年3月1日至2020年8月30日收治的118例牙体牙髓病患者分为对照组(n=59,多次根管治疗术)和试验组(n=59,一次性根管治疗术)。比较两组的临床疗效、炎症因子水平、疼痛程度、并发症发生情况。结果试验组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的CRP、TNF-α、IL-6及IL-1β水平均较治疗前明显降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3、7 d,试验组的疼痛评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗期间的咬合疼痛、牙龈肿胀及感染发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论一次性根管治疗术治疗牙体牙髓病的疗效显著,可快速减轻患者的炎症反应及疼痛程度,且并发症发生率较低。
Objective To analyze the effect and safety of one-time root canal therapy in the treatment of dental pulp disease.Methods A total of 118 patients with dental pulp disease treated in our hospital from March 1,2019 to August 30,2020 were divided into control group(n=59,multiple root canal therapy)and experimental group(n=59,one-time root canal therapy)according to the difference of treatment schemes.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors levels,pain degree and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-1βin the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and those of the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).At 3 and 7 d after operation,the pain score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of occlusal pain,gingival swelling and infection in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion One-time root canal therapy is effective in the treatment of dental pulp disease,which can quickly reduce the inflammatory reaction and pain of patients,with low incidence of complications.
