摘要
文章以2011—2020年中国东部沿海五大城市群面板数据为样本,通过变异系数法测度了科技金融生态水平,运用Arc GIS探究了科技金融生态和绿色技术创新的空间分布格局,同时利用动态空间杜宾模型(DSDM)实证检验了科技金融生态对绿色技术创新的影响。研究发现:(1)绿色技术创新水平存在显著的空间自相关性,呈现出空间异质性和非均衡性。(2)科技金融生态对本地绿色技术创新具有显著正向作用,在高铁时间距离权重下对其邻近城市绿色技术创新产生了最大的正向空间溢出效应。(3)环境规制与绿色技术创新之间存在“U”形关系;科技金融生态与环境规制形成协同效应,进而推动绿色技术创新。
Based on the panel data of five urban agglomerations of China’s eastern coast in 2011-2020 as samples,this study uses the variation coefficient method to measure the level of financial ecology science and technology,and uses the Arc GIS to explore the financial ecological science and technology and the spatial distribution pattern of green technology innovation.It empirically tests the impact of sci-tech financial ecology on the green technology innovation by the means of the dynamic spatial durbin model(DSDM).The findings are as follows:1)The level of green technology innovation has a significant spatial autocorrelation,showing spatial heterogeneity and non-equilibrium.2)Sci-tech financial ecology has a significant positive effect on local green technology innovation,and has the largest positive spatial spillover effect on the green technology innovation of neighboring cities under the weight of time distance of high-speed rail.3)There is a U-shaped relationship between environmental regulation and green technology innovation.Sci-tech financial ecology and environmental regulation form a synergistic effect,which promotes the green technology innovation.
