摘要
随着油基钻井液的大量使用,大量的钻井废弃物产生且无法处理。常规的处理方法无法满足日益严苛的环保要求。岩屑回注技术是解决该问题的有效方法,而岩屑回注的首要任务是筛选回注目的层。回注目的层筛选受多种因素的影响,如回注方式、回注量、回注层物性以及当地的法律法规等。通过对国内外岩屑回注施工经验总结和相关研究调研发现,岩屑回注目的层优选浅层的高渗透率的砂岩地层,其次要具备隔离能力的盖层,同时注入点要具备远离现有井、断层和大规模裂缝的区域。
A large amount of drilling waste is generated and cannot be disposed of with the massive use of oilbased drilling fluids.Conventional treatment methods cannot meet the increasingly strict environmental requirements.Cuttings reinjection technology is an effective method to solve this issue,and the first task of reinjection is to screen the target formation.The formation selection is influenced by a variety of factors,such as reinjection method,reinjection volume,reinjection formation properties,and local laws and regulations.A summary of domestic and international experience in cuttings reinjection construction and related research shows that the preferred formation is a shallow,high permeability sandstone formation.Secondly,it is necessary to have a caprock with isolation capability,and the injection point should be far from existing wells,faults and large-scale fractures.
