摘要
在介绍钻屑回注技术的工艺流程,钻屑注前处理,浆体回注层位的选择及存储原理,环境安全控制的基础上,通过对国外钻屑回注技术环境安全性所作的研究与评估以及钻屑回注的法规管理的综述,并分析了该技术在国内外的应用情况,认为钻屑回注技术是地下回注与水力压裂结合,能彻底处理钻屑,无二次污染,且在多数情况下处理成本相对较低的一项全新钻井废弃物处理技术。
This paper presents in detail the technology process of cutting reinjection,before-injection treatment of cuttings,selection and storage of reinjection horizon,and environmental safety control. According to an investigation of environmental safety and a summary of management regulations for cuttings reinjection technology abroad,application of cutting injection technology home and abroad is analyzed. It is considered that the technology is a brand new drilling-waste treatment which integrates underground injection with hydraulic fracturing. As a result,cuttings can be treated completely without secondary pollution and in most cases,cost is relatively low.
