摘要
阐述了浆体压裂灌注技术的流程,对其储存机理和循环阶段进行了说明,并概括了在国内外处理油田废弃物上的应用与发展。由于灌注地层的选择是该技术运用的难点,推荐采用决策树和综合评分双重检测的方法,根据渗透率、孔隙度、深度、储层厚度、储层强度、地层结构、砂泥岩层、储层压缩性和废物运输距离9个参数值,来评估灌注井选择的可行性。并以科威特大布尔甘油田中一个油井为例说明该双重检测方法的使用,结果表明其地层的选择很适宜。
This paper intends to present a new approach to feasibility assessment of the injection well and oilfield waste disposal by way of slurry fracture injection. For the research purpose, we have illustrated first of all the process of the slurry fracture technology and then the storage mechanism and disposal stages. The said technology has widely been used overseas, but remains at the primary stage in our country, though it has a lot of advantages in treating large amount of oilfield waste. Summarizing the technology from its practical treatment of oilfield waste both at home and abroad, it can be shown that the technology is feasible for its purpose. However, the key point is to choose the injection formation based on the consulting data, for which we prefer to recommend a two-tier screening method with a decision tree and a numerical calculation system. By the decision tree, we mean deals a method for choosing most critical parameters and determining if they are suitable for the application. In making the choice, numerical calculation can give a score for the prospective injection formation based on the rank numbers and weighting factors for the nine parameters, including permeability, reservoir thickness, tectonic setup, porosity, depth, alternating sand-shale, reservoir strength, reservoir compressibility and geographical distance. The score for a particular site can show its favourability for the technology, and then indicates the feasibility of injection well. If the total score is less than 85, it means the the site won’t be suitable for the injection. However, if the score can be 100 or even higher, it would be the best site for injection. Taking an oil well in Kuwait’s Burgan oil field for example, we have shown the two-tier screening method vividly. The results of the model show that the formation is an excellent reservoir for receiving the injected slurred waste.
