可膨胀高效承压剂在堵漏作业中的应用 被引量:12

摘要 由于不能准确掌握漏失地层的裂缝宽度或孔隙尺寸,发生井漏后常常无法尽快优选出与地层特征相适应的堵漏剂配方,大大降低了堵漏成功率。研究出一种可膨胀高效承压剂,该剂包含大量带有—COO-、—NH2吸水基团的有机物,进入孔喉或微裂隙中1~5 h后,能够吸水膨胀到自身体积的3~25倍,充满孔喉或微裂隙,在漏失处锁住堵漏材料;该剂粒径分布广(0.05~5.27 mm),可依需求调配。介绍了高效承压剂的特性及其堵漏机理,叙述了其在港6-27-1和港东16井堵漏作业中的应用情况。通过使用加有该高效承压剂的桥堵材料堵漏,港6-27-1井低压层承压能力由1.34提高至1.53 g/cm3,港东16井漏失层承压能力由1.60提高至1.75 g/cm3。指出,堵漏钻井液注入井筒后必须在安全井段静止6~8 h,才能有效加固井壁,封隔漏失通道,提高地层承压能力。 The formulation of sealing matching the formation characteristic often cannot be optimized in a short time due to no accurate data of fracture width and pore size distribution of thief formation and thus sealing operation was seldom satisfied.To solve this difficulty,a expandable bearing material was developed.It contained plenty of organics with hydrophilic radical such as —COO—、—NH_2 which can hygroscope and swelling rate can reach 3~25 folds after staying in the pore throat or the microfracture for 1~5 h and thus can fix the sealing materials due to the pore throat and microfracture being filling up.It has a wide particle distribution of 0.05~5.27 mm and can be adjusted according to the demands.The characteristic and sealing mechanism of this material are described and the field applications in the well of Gang-6-27-1 and Gangdong-16 are also presented.Results indicate that the expandable bearing material with high efficiency can improve bearing pressure of low pressure formation in Gang-6-27-1 well from 1.34 to 1.53 g/cm^3 and that of lost circulation formation in Gangdong-16 well from 1.60 to 1.75 g/cm^3.Moreover,it is emphasized in the paper that only by the sealing drilling fluid staying in the safe section for 6~8 h,can borehole wall be effectively reinforced,thief zone be isolated and bearing pressure of the formation be improved.
