摘要
为保证油井的完整性安全,目前渤海油田生产管柱普遍使用过电缆封隔器、放气阀和井下安全阀组成井的一级二级屏障。一般情况下,过电缆封隔器在管柱过提18~19t时解封,但个别情况偶尔会发生无法正常解封的情况,产生一系列复杂作业问题,包括无循环通道、井涌、管柱异常上顶、产生绳类或小件落鱼、复杂打捞等问题。结合渤海修井作业实际案例,对过电缆封隔器遇卡所产生的复杂问题进行全面分析、归纳,并提出解决思路。
In order to ensure the integrity and safety of oil wells,ESP Packers,gas vent valves and tubingretrievable safety valves have been widely used in production string of Bohai oilfield to form the first and second barriers of wells.In general,the ESP Packer is released when the string is lifted by 18-19 tons,but in some cases,it can not be released normally,resulting in a series of complex operation problems,including no circulation channel,kick,abnormal jacking of the string,fish falling of ropes or small pieces,complex fishing,etc.This paper will comprehensively analyze and summarize the complex problems caused by the stuck ESP Packer in combination with the actual workover case in Bohai Sea,and propose solutions.
