摘要
海上油田经常发生电泵封隔器解封失败,封隔器解封后再次遇卡问题,影响修井作业时效、井筒安全控制,以及油井的及时恢复投产。针对电潜泵封隔器上部连接油管丝扣拔脱而导致解封失败,封隔器解封后二次卡钻在套管接箍缝隙处的问题,根据封隔器的结构特点、材料机械性能及解封原理,总结出包括清理动力电缆、套铣磨铣封隔器及偏心打捞等一整套电潜泵封隔器故障打捞处理工艺技术,成功应用于海上油田多口井的修井作业中。
Problems of ESP packer releasing failure,and its stuck after releasing seriously affect the work over efficiency,well-bore safety control and timely recovery of oil production. According to problems the upper part connected with the ESP packer of the tube screw pull-out caused unsealing failure,and after unsealing the packer again stuck in the casing collar gap,based on the structural characteristics,packer mechanical performance and setting principle,a set of electric submersible pump packer fault processing technology is summed up including cleaning and milling power cable packer and eccentric salvage and it is successfully applied to wells on offshore oil field work over operation.
