摘要
以钾长石、高岭土、萍乡石英、滑石和碳酸钙为主要原料,采用单因素法研究熔剂化学组成对长石质瓷坯体的性能影响,采用阿基米德排水法、万能试验机、XRD和SEM等测试手段分别对长石质瓷样品密度、抗折强度、物相和显微结构等进行了表征。研究结果表明,当MgO、CaO、K_(2)O和Na_(2)O含量分别为1.00%、1.50%和3.00%时,样品的密度和抗折强度达到最佳值,晶相主要为莫来石和游离石英,构成晶相、玻璃相和少量气孔的长石质瓷的显微结构。
Using potash feldspar,Kaolin,quartz of Pingxiang,talc and calcite as raw materials,the influence of flux on performance of body for feldspar ceramic were investigated by single factor method.The density,rupture strength,phase and microstructure were characterized by Archimedes,universal testing machine,XRD,SEM and so on,respectively.The results show that density and rupture strength of samples reached the best value when the contents of MgO,CaO,K_(2)O and Na_(2)O were 1.00%,1.50%and 3.00%,respectively.The crystalline phases were mainly mullite and free quartz,the microstructure of feldspar ceramic was composed of crystalline phase,glassy phase and a few pores.
