摘要
陶瓷粉料的质量是陶瓷生产的基础,陶瓷粉料的稳定性决定了陶瓷生产的稳定性。笔者针对生产过程中出现更换不同浆池的粉料而导致砖形变化大的问题,通过对原材料的均化、投料的准确性、球磨细度的稳定性和浆料的均化等方面进行改善,提高了陶瓷粉料的稳定性,降低了更换不同浆池粉料砖形的差异。
Abstract : Ceramic powder is the foundation for the production of ceramics, whose stability determines the stability of the ceramic production. The big deformation of ceramic tiles is easily formed when replacing the same powder coming from different slurry tanks. In this paper, some solutions (i. e. homogenization of raw materials, feeding accuracy, fluctuation of ball -milling fineness and homogenization of the milled slurry) are carried out to improve the stability of the ceramic powder and reduce the deformation difference of ceramic tiles.
