摘要
分散控制系统(DCS)是工业自动化领域中最关键的设备,文章以某电厂660 MW机组自主可控改造国产DCS系统为例,介绍了控制器处理周期、系统实时性、控制器切换稳定性等关键测试项目,给出了测试方法并分析了测试结果。通过性能测试试验,定量获取该DCS系统的安全性、可靠性、实时性的重要技术参数,为系统的缺陷改进和升级更新提供了重要依据。
Decentralized control system(DCS)is the most essential equipment in the field of industrial automation.Taking the autonomous and controllable domestic DCS system of the 660 MW unit in a power plant as an example,this paper discusses the key test items such as controller processing cycle,real-time system and controller switching stability as well as the test method and results.Through the performance test,the important technical parameters of the safety,reliability and real-time of the DCS system are quantitatively obtained,which provides an important basis for improving and upgrading the system.
