气垫船纵横倾信号处理电路测试性设计及BIT实现 被引量:4

摘要 针对某气垫船纵横倾信号处理电路测试性差的问题,通过对其开展测试性设计提升其测试性水平。在测试性模型中,以添加测试点、测试的方式提高对故障的检测和隔离能力;通过在原电路基础上开展BIT设计,发挥集中-分布式结构的优点的同时,以在线监测、诊断的方式保证了测试性模型中关键测试项目的实现,有效解决了测试时需将系统停机的问题。分析结果表明,改进后的电路具有良好的测试性,通过BIT设计能实现良好的故障检测。 Aiming at the poor testability of a hovercraft’s longitudinal and tilting signal processing circuit,the testability level was improved by carrying out testability design.In the testability model,the ability to detect and isolate faults was significantly improved by adding test points and tests.By developing BIT design on the basis of the original circuit and giving full play to the advantages of the centralized-distributed structure,the realization of key tests in the testability model were ensured by online monitoring and diagnosis and the problem of shutting down the system during was solved.The analysis results show that the improved circuit multi-signal model has good testability,and a good fault detection effect can be achieved through BIT self-test.
