摘要
从阐释“互联网+教育”及“线上教学教师激励机制”的概念入手,分析了当前高校线上教学教师激励机制中存在的问题:缺乏对激励对象特点与需求的认知、激励措施缺乏系统性、物质奖励为主的弊端逐渐显现、缺乏有效的竞争机制等,提出了细化激励机制结构、优化激励机制系统、强化教师激励控制、注重教师激励实效等策略。
Starting from explaining the concepts of“Internet+Education”and“incentive mechanism for online teaching teachers”,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the incentive mechanism for online teaching teachers in colleges and universities,such as the lack of cognition of the characteristics and needs of incentive subjects,the lack of systematic incentive measures,the gradual emergence of drawbacks based on material rewards,the lack of effective competition mechanism,etc.,and then it puts forward the detailed incentive mechanism structure,optimizing the incentive mechanism system,strengthening the teacher incentive control,and paying attention to the effectiveness of teacher motivation and so on.
