摘要
在全面推进乡村振兴的时代背景下,普惠金融发展对支持农户返乡创业、激励农业生产技术创新的作用不可忽视。基于全国第三次农业普查数据,探究了数字普惠金融发展综合指数以及三个细分指标(覆盖广度、使用深度、数字化程度)对农村创业创新的影响机制。研究发现:(1)普惠金融发展能够缓解融资约束、降低信息不对称,激励农村创业创新。(2)数字普惠金融覆盖广度及使用深度的提高对农村创业创新呈现促进作用,数字化程度提高造成“数字鸿沟”从而呈现阻碍作用。(3)网络支付是普惠金融发展影响农村创业创新的重要传导机制。
Under the background of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,the role of inclusive financial development in supporting farmers to return home to start businesses and encouraging technological innovation in agricultural production can not be ignored.Based on the data of the third national agricultural census,this paper explores the impact mechanism of the compre⁃hensive index of digital inclusive financial development and three sub indicators(coverage,depth of use,and degree of digitaliza⁃tion)on rural entrepreneurship and innovation.The research finds that:(1)inclusive financial development can alleviate financ⁃ing constraints,reduce information asymmetry,and stimulate rural entrepreneurship and innovation;(2)the improvement of the coverage and use depth of digital inclusive finance has promoted rural entrepreneurship and innovation,and the improvement of the degree of digitalization has created a"digital gap",which has hindered it;(3)online payment is an important transmission mechanism for inclusive financial development to affect rural entrepreneurship and innovation.
